Montague Elementary School welcomes volunteers on campus.  In order to volunteer, individuals must complete the following steps:



You will need to complete the four-page Volunteer Application, linked below in PDF format. All volunteers, new and returning, will need to submit new forms this year.

TB Test

If you would like to volunteer at Montague, please note that every volunteer is required to take a TB Test, and submit documentation of a negative TB Test result for filing in the school office. The TB Test is good for 4 years from the testing date.



Montague Elementary School periodically conducts training sessions that serve as an orientation for volunteers. All volunteers must participate in a  training offered in conjunction with Project Cornerstone.  You will be required to attend a training session before beginning to volunteer.  Information on training dates is provided on the school calendar.
